Registration

General Information

Registration for the 5th International Conference on Fog, Fog Collection and Dew is by payment of the appropriate registration fee. There is no waiving of registration fees except for scientists receiving a support.

Registration Fee

Registration fees include:

• Admittance to oral and poster sessions
• Conference material
• Ice breaker (25 July 2010)
• Coffee breaks
• Conference banquet (29 July 2010)
• Free public bus ticket

Accompanying person conference banquet: €70.

Registration payments may be made by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, VISA or JCB) or by bank transfer. For the Registration, please use the Copernicus Office Trader by logging in with your Copernicus Office User ID and password below. If you do not have a Copernicus Office User ID yet, please create an account (see below) before starting the registration process.

Travel Support

Limited travel support is available, sponsors are welcome (please contact the Local Organizing Committee).

Excursions

Various Wednesday excursions will be announced later.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• Registration must be accompanied by a payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
• Registration fees are not transferable.
• Registration fees will only be refunded, if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 12 July 2010. The cancellation fee is €50.
• Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings not later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Any later requests cannot be handled.

Importance Notice

• Once your payment has been effected you will be informed by email with your receipt and your invoice attached.
• All registrations will be registered through the Copernicus Office Trader which will also allow the registrants to monitor their input.
